Hi there, I’m Kassie.

Wife, working momma and health enthusiast with an inexplicable love of authentic mexican food.  Give me a good taco and a stiff margarita and I’m one happy gal!

I’m also a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in helping busy women (like you!) ditch the diet mindset, cut through the food confusion and find a sustainable way of eating that makes you feel good and adds up to lasting results.

I haven’t always had a passion for health.  

It’s developed out of my own challenges with weight, body image, skin and digestive issues that pushed me to learn as much as I can (and there’s always more) and try a lot of different approaches (not all of them good) to get where I finally am today.  

  • Learning to love myself independent of my shape and size

  • 45 pounds lighter than I was at my heaviest

  • No longer constantly comparing myself to others

  • Done obsessing about “dieting” and exercise

  • Grateful for a strong and capable body

  • Getting quality, uninterrupted sleep for the first time in years

  • Eating and moving in a way that works for me

  • Focusing on continuous lifestyle improvements for the LOVE of health.

And now I want to share that with YOU.

I spent a lot of time on the calories in, calories out train, stuck in a cycle of binging, deprivation and punishment.  I was constantly starting and restarting a diet.  And guess what?!  I lost 25+ pounds but I wasn’t happy and I definitely wasn’t healthy.  I traded weight issues for a lot of other issues, both at the time and down the road.  Food sensitivities, fatigue, acne, cravings, insomnia, anxiety, bloating, poop issues (yes, I just said that!), mysterious short bouts of what felt like the flu for 2-3 days… no bueno!

Yet it was all of these issues that sent me down a path of reading, watching and listening to everything I could get my hands on about nutrition: books, articles, blogs, documentaries, talks.   It’s what led me to go back to school to study nutrition and it’s what led me to decide to take my career in a totally different direction. To transition out of my career as a Human Resources and Change Management Consultant and into my passion of helping others see the true power of food and their choices and helping them translate that into action in their everyday lives.

As a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Health Coach, I help you uncover and address the underlying causes of your most pressing health issues by focusing on building healthy, sustainable habits around food, movement and mindset. 

As a creative problem solver, explorer and educator at heart, I help you break down seemingly complex obstacles and figure out a path forward.  All those excuses you keep telling yourself about why you can’t eat healthier and take time for you -- I've got your back!

Not only that, I can relate… I’m a busy working mom pulled in a million different directions, trying to find the all elusive ‘balance’ in life like you.  I spent 12 years in Corporate America.  I get the struggle of long commutes, 8+ hour workdays, daycare drop-off/pick-up, family commitments, social engagements and wondering how you can actually take care of yourself when you’re exhausted and it feels like you're barely keeping things together.  

And while I don’t pretend to have it all figured out, I’ve made a lot of progress and would love to share what I’ve learned over the years so you can say goodbye to yo-yo dieting, feel good about what you’re eating and finally get the results you’re after.
